Our engineering personnel have all received training in waterproofing techniques, procedures, surface preparation and products as well as quality control techniques and are fully skilled to supervise and manage sites and applications. Mackintosh, as part of its Green Commitment also provides ongoing training in sustainable construction practices to professional and key personnel.
APPLICATION WORKFORCE
Our Teams have been trained in surface preparation techniques and the application of all products and have the necessary skills to carry out the waterproofing work efficiently and on spec. Mackintosh also provides ongoing training of workers in green construction and safety practices. More importantly, they have acquired the most important skill of all – the strict following and carrying out of instructions.
1. Horizontal Waterproofing:
The teams have all received specialist training in various waterproofing techniques and applications from our management and technical team as well as the product manufacturers supported by Mackintosh in respect of technically advanced products. Regular update sessions are conducted with key personnel from this group to keep them up to date on application methodology and innovations.
2. Vertical Waterproofing and Window Cleaning:
Qualified residential and commercial specialists with over 20 years of experience. Helping local residential homes and commercial offices Team members have high qualifications and extensive practical experience. Through their commitment to excellence, they contributed to the company’s success. Members have completed full handyman training courses and top-quality company systems and procedures.
