Mackintosh Corporation is licensed by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) and Classified as Waterproofing Specialty Contractor. Its PCAB Licence No. is 34979. RA 4566 (The Contractors’ License Law) requires all contractors (including sub- and specialty contractors) to first secure a license from PCAB before engaging in any construction contracting activities in the Philippines.

Mackintosh Corporation was organized as a result of friendships formed between members of the Philippine Constructors Association (PCA) Metropolitan Chapter and who saw the need for a truly professional waterproofing specialty contractor adhering to the ideals and tenets of PCA. Mackintosh is a regular member PCA Metropolitan and is active in all aspects of PCA and fully supports all its programs, initiatives and advocacies.

Mackintosh Corporation is a member of the Philippine Green Building Council (PHILGBC). PHILGBC is an Emerging Member of the World Green Building Council which has Councils in more than 100 countries globally. Mackintosh has adopted an environmental policy for both its general office operations as well as its project sites. It supports waterproofing materials that are not harmful to the environment. Mackintosh is a founding member of the NCR Construction Industry Tripartite Council (NCR-CITC). The NCR-CITC is a body under DOLE and its members are made up from the Government sector, Employers sector and Labor sector working in cooperation to improve the construction industry and create a level playing field in the industry. Mackintosh Corporation is serious about safety at construction sites and has adopted a General Construction Safety and Health Program to govern all its operations. For its projects it adopts project specific CSHPs which are individually submitted to the DOLE for approval in terms of DOLE Department Order No. 13 series of 1998.
